Jennifer Konopaki

Jennifer Konopaki is the current Executive Director of Sport Leadership at WinSport. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the sport and recreation industry. Konopaki began their career as a Police Athletic Club Leader with the Winnipeg Police Service. Jennifer then worked as a Youth Education & Recreational Officer for the Government of Manitoba. In 2002, they became the Sport & Wellness Manager at Repsol Sport Centre, where they worked for 10 years. In 2012, Konopaki took on their current role at WinSport.

Jennifer Konopaki studied business at the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and the Haskayne School of Business. Jennifer also completed a bachelor's degree in physical education at the University of Manitoba.

Jennifer Konopaki reports to Barry Heck, President & CEO. They work with Mike McKean - Director, IT, Kim Jones - VP & General Counsel, and Alan Fraser - Director, Food & Beverage.
