Kim Jones

Kim Jones is the current VP and General Counsel at WinSport. Prior to their current position, they worked as the Associate General Counsel at Precision Drilling from June 2012 to October 2013. From October 2001 to February 2003, they worked as an associate lawyer at Bennett Jones LLP where they negotiated and drafted legal agreements for acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, shares and other assets; franchise agreements; lease agreements; financing agreements; distribution agreements; partnership and shareholder agreements. Kim also worked on a $2.5 billion “arrangement” between Burlington Resources Inc. and Poco Petroleums Ltd. Prior to their work at Bennett Jones, they were a law student at the University of Calgary from January 1996 to December 1999.

Kim Jones graduated from The University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce.
