Clay W. began their career in 2004 as a Retail Sales Representative for T-Mobile, where they activated cell phones, wireless air cards, and smart phones with cellular and data services, as well as provided customer service to existing account holders. In 2008, they joined Value Exchange Corporation as a Senior Relationship Manager, where they serviced and strengthened relationships with partnering banks by offering merchant services to business customers of all industries, lowered operating costs for businesses through statement reviews and cost comparisons, and offered advancement in Debit/Credit card acceptance technology for businesses of all industries. In 2014, Clay joined Vantiv as a Regional Merchant Account Executive, where they managed and strengthened the relationship with partnering C1 Bank, expanded and serviced the merchant services portfolio with C1 Bank, and strengthened the relationship between C1 Bank and business account holders through offering merchant services. Finally, in 2015, Clay joined Winstar Payments as the EVP/COO and SVP, National Sales Manager/Financial Institutions. In this role, they hired and trained sales staff, managed operations and sales staffs to ensure a smooth work flow and steady, productive communication, sought out new partnership opportunities with other professionals across the country, oversaw pipeline growth and sales performance, and earned financial institution partnerships by offering a suite of services with unmatched levels of quality and support. Clay also drove new business alongside and for partnering financial institutions and worked closely with financial institutions to design and execute debit and credit card issuing programs.
