Alexus Esquibel

Alexus Esquibel is an Associate Attorney at Winstead PC since January 2025, previously serving in a similar role at Vela Wood from June 2020 to January 2025, where the focus was on corporate law, particularly M&A, venture capital, and corporate governance. Experience includes law clerk positions at The Fein Law Firm and Glast, Phillips & Murray, as well as business development at Oracle, managing significant corporate accounts. Alexus owned a photography business and contributed to marketing efforts for the Longhorn Center of Academic Excellence at the University of Texas. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Texas at Austin, complemented by a study abroad program in Latin American Studies at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
