Bob Burton

Bob Burton is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Co-Chair of the Business and Transactions Department and Shareholder at Winstead PC since March 2011. Previously, Bob was a Partner and Co-Chair of the Real Estate Development and Investments Practice Group at Armbrust & Brown, L.L.P., where Bob was instrumental in founding the Planned Community and Condominium Practice Group from September 1992 to March 2011. Bob began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick from August 1987 to July 1989. Bob holds a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University Law School, obtained from 1989 to 1992, and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Accounting from the University of North Texas, completed from 1984 to 1987.
