Merissa Sabol

Merissa Sabol is an associate at Winstead PC since July 2023, previously serving as an associate at Williams Anderson Ryan & Carroll LLP from September 2018 to July 2023. Merissa has experience in legal internships at Slates Harwell, LLP; Dr Pepper Snapple Group; The Beck Group; Real Time Resolutions, Inc.; and McLane Company, Inc., where responsibilities included drafting legal documents, preparing compliance memoranda, and assisting with corporate governance. Prior to legal work, Merissa was a contractor and supply chain specialist at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where collaboration with the legal team and research were key functions. Merissa earned a Juris Doctor cum laude from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Baylor University.
