Robert Wingel

Robert Wingel is the SVP of Business Operations at WINSTON FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. Robert has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles in the insurance industry.

Wingel began their career at Chubb in 1996, where they held various positions over the next 22 years. In their most recent role at Chubb, they served as Senior Vice President Global Operations - Project Manager, leading the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices for a joint venture between Chubb and a Chinese Insurance Company. Robert also created a playbook to be used for all future joint ventures.

In 2016, Wingel was promoted to Senior Vice President Chief of Staff, where they provided leadership, strategic guidance and vision for the project management office. Robert also developed, implemented, and chaired an Information Technology Governance Committee to approve all IT spending, and created, monitored, and published monthly metrics and MIS reports.

In 2018, Wingel left Chubb to join WINSTON FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC as SVP of Business Operations. In this role, they are responsible for the overall management and operation of the company.

Robert Wingel has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from St. John's University in Finance and General Business. Robert also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Business Administration from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Newark. Robert is certified by LinkedIn in How to Make Strategic Thinking a Habit and is an Associate in Risk Management.
