Cathy Robertson has a diverse work experience in various roles related to property management, real estate, and nonprofit organizations. Cathy started their career in 1994 as a Property Manager at Bunce Investments, LLC. Cathy then worked as an Area Property Manager at Southern Property Management, LLC from 2003 to 2010. Following that, they served as a Property Manager at CORE Realty Holdings, LLC from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Vice President/Broker-in-Charge at T. E. Johnson & Sons, Inc., where they managed a diverse portfolio of rental units. In 2016, they started their own business as an Independent Business Owner at Small Seed Investments, LLC. Cathy also has experience in nonprofit work, as they served as the President and Executive Director at Davidson Prison Ministry from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are the 2023 President of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS®.
