Cathy Robertson

Cathy Robertson has a diverse work experience in various roles related to property management, real estate, and nonprofit organizations. Cathy started their career in 1994 as a Property Manager at Bunce Investments, LLC. Cathy then worked as an Area Property Manager at Southern Property Management, LLC from 2003 to 2010. Following that, they served as a Property Manager at CORE Realty Holdings, LLC from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Vice President/Broker-in-Charge at T. E. Johnson & Sons, Inc., where they managed a diverse portfolio of rental units. In 2016, they started their own business as an Independent Business Owner at Small Seed Investments, LLC. Cathy also has experience in nonprofit work, as they served as the President and Executive Director at Davidson Prison Ministry from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are the 2023 President of the Winston-Salem Regional Association of REALTORS®.

Cathy Robertson attended Salem College from 2020 to 2021, where they studied Nonprofit Management. Prior to that, they did not have any formal education mentioned. In addition to their college studies, Cathy has acquired several certifications throughout their career, including being a Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI) from the NC Association of REALTORS in 2018, a Certified Military Residential Specialist in 2015, a REALTOR from the NC Association of REALTORS in 2015, an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2012, and a North Carolina Real Estate Broker from the NC Real Estate Commission in 2001. Cathy also holds the AHWD certification from the National Association of REALTORS.
