David Rogers

David Rogers is a highly experienced legal professional serving as the Managing Partner of the Washington DC Office at Winston & Strawn LLP since June 2017. In addition to this role, David has also held the position of Co-Managing Partner and Partner at the firm. Prior to joining Winston & Strawn LLP, David spent several years at McDermott Will & Emery, where David serves as the Chair of the Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation and Labor and Employment Practice Group. David's practice focuses on employee benefits law, including qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation matters, with significant experience in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. David holds an LLM in law from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD from American University, and a BS in accounting from Florida Southern College.
