Joe Adams is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law. Currently serving as Partner and Co-Chair of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice at Winston & Strawn LLP since July 2017, Joe Adams assists large corporations and individual executives with their employee benefits issues. Prior to this role, Joe Adams was a Partner at McDermott Will & Emery LLP from 2004 to 2017 and also held a position as Principal at Deloitte from 2001 to 2004, focusing on employee benefits tax consulting. Joe Adams initially joined McDermott Will & Emery LLP as a Partner from 1992 to 2001, establishing a robust foundation in the field. Joe Adams holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
