Lisa McLafferty

Lisa McLafferty is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in attorney recruitment and development. Since February 2013, Lisa has served as Chief Talent Officer at Winston & Strawn LLP, where responsibilities also included the role of Director of Attorney Recruiting & Development. Prior to this, Lisa was with Winston & Strawn LLP from April 2004 to January 2012, holding positions such as Senior Manager of Attorney Resources & Recruitment and Manager of Attorney Recruitment. Earlier in Lisa's career, from 1996 to 2004, Lisa worked at Gardner Carton & Douglas LLP (now Drinker Biddle) as Director of Attorney Recruitment and Professional Development. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University.
