Scot Farrell

Scot Farrell is an experienced administrative leader with over 30 years in major law firms, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Winston & Strawn LLP since 2008. In this role, Scot oversees all administrative functions of the firm, contributing to strategic growth objectives including mergers and office expansions. Prior to Winston & Strawn, Scot held the position of Chief Administrative Officer at WilmerHale, where responsibilities included worldwide policy management and operational support for a significant legal institution. Additional experience includes serving as Investor/Principal at Driver Resource Company, Inc. and as Chief Financial Officer at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, where Scot implemented policies to enhance financial efficiency and profitability. Scot holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University.
