Tal Bar-Shalom

Tal Bar-Shalom has worked for various organizations since 2019. In 2019, they were an Intern at EY, where they audited financial statements for public and private companies, and venture capital funds. Tal also edited financial statements from balance sheet to final assembly for private companies. In 2020, they moved to UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants, where they served as a Senior and led an Initial Public Offering (IPO) process and audit portfolio creation proses of both public and private companies in the Industrial, Financial and Energy sectors. In 2021, they joined BLender Financial Technologies as an Assistant Controller, where they were responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements and tax reports, managing monthly reports, and managing revenue recognition matters with the external audit firm for quarterly reviews and annual audits. Currently, Tal Bar-Shalom is a Financial Controller at WINT - Water Intelligence.

Tal Bar-Shalom completed studies in Accounting at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2017 to 2018. From 2014 to 2017, they obtained a degree in Accounting and Economy from the same university. In June 2021, they were certified as a Public Accountant by the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
