David Cash has over three decades of experience in security management, with a focus on information systems and special security operations. Currently serving as the Chief, Contractor Special Security Officer at WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. since July 2019, David previously held the position of Lead Security Specialist III at Invictus Technical Solutions from June 2014 to July 2019. Prior to that, David was the Information Systems Security Manager at Science Applications International Corporation from October 2007 to June 2014. David began a distinguished career in security management with the United States Air Force, serving from August 1987 to October 2007.
