Shannon Burgess has extensive work experience in various industries. Shannon currently works at Winter-Dent & Company as a Player Coach Leader in the Small Business Unit and has been with the company since November 2022. Prior to this role, Shannon worked as an Account Manager at the same company starting from March 2020.

Shannon's work history includes roles as a Senior Radiation Protection Technician at BARTLETT SERVICES INC from December 1996 to August 1997, and as a Radiation Protection Technician at Thermo Nutech from June 1995 to October 1996, where they were responsible for organizing technicians, daily field operations, sampling, surveys, source control, smear counting, and calibration of air sampling equipment.
Shannon Burgess has a Certificate of Applied Science in Radiation Protection/Health Physics Technician from Eastern Idaho Technical College, which was obtained from 1994 to 1995. Additionally, Shannon holds an Associate of Science degree in General Science from LBW Community College, earned from 1989 to 1992. Furthermore, Shannon has obtained additional certifications, including the Registered Workers Compensation Specialist from The Institutes in June 2019 and the Property and Casualty License from the State of Missouri in April 2016.
