Case Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career in 2006 as a Guest Relations/Base Operations employee in the extreme ski industry at Silverton Mountain. In 2008, they joined Winter Park Resort as a Retail Sales Manager, responsible for hiring and training staff, implementing promotions, and increasing sales. From 2011 to 2012, Case worked as the Program Director and Environmental Education School Lead Member at Green River Preserve, where they managed a team, organized marketing events, and collaborated with local outdoor companies. Since 2012, they have been employed by Winter Park Resort, starting as a Human Resources Manager and eventually being promoted to Human Resources Director and Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, Case oversees the recruiting and hiring process of international employees, communicates visa information, and collaborates with managers and employees.
Case Kennedy attended Colorado State University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Tourism with a specialization in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism.
