Deb Nowak

Deb Nowak is currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CIO at Denver Public Schools since November 2023 and has been a Ski Instructor at Winter Park Resort since November 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Legal Assistant in Workers' Compensation at Hall & Evans, LLC from January 2017 to September 2023, and as a Legal Assistant at House Reynolds & Faust LLP from November 2014 to 2016. Deb also held the position of Executive Assistant at Hirons for a brief period in 2014 and served as a Business and Product Liability Litigation Assistant at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP from 2010 to 2013. Earlier in career, Deb worked as a Public Relations Coordinator at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway from 1998 to 2009, managing media credentialing and coordinating special events. Educationally, Deb holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University and an A.A. in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Sports Men and Women Careers, along with studies at Tarrant County College.
