Eric Pietrucha has a strong background in information technology and operations management. Eric started their career in 2003 as an Information Technology Support Specialist at New Jersey Cardiology Associates, where they provided comprehensive support for networks and peripheral equipment across multiple locations. Eric then transitioned to Isgus America in 2011 as an Application Support Specialist, where they were responsible for providing support for workforce management applications and troubleshooting technical issues. In 2016, Eric joined the National Winter Activity Center as the Director of Base Operations & IT Special Projects, overseeing various departments and leading the development of a proprietary application. Currently, Eric serves as the Director of Mountain Operations at the National Winter Activity Center, where they manage grooming, snowmaking, and lift operations teams, and ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.

Eric Pietrucha attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended Passaic County Community College from 2002 to 2006 and received an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2000 and 2001, they completed the MCSE Study Program at PC AGE Career Institute, specializing in Windows 2000 Server and Professional. In 1989 and 1990, they obtained a Certificate of Electronic Theory and PC repair from Computer Processing Institute.
