Calvin Mills

Calvin Mills has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Starting in 2015, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at BSG for two months.

Later that year, they freelanced as a Software Developer for AIG in a short-term project.

In 2016, they joined Investec as a Software Developer and worked there for two years.

In 2018, Calvin joined AXA Health as a Software Engineer and progressed to become a Lead Software Engineer, Digital Lead, and eventually a Digital product leader. Calvin stayed with AXA Health for five years, until September 2023.

Currently, they are at Winterflood Securities, where they hold the position of Head of Strategic Delivery, starting in August 2023. Overall, Calvin has gained valuable experience in software development and leadership roles throughout their career.

Calvin Mills completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the University of Cape Town from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they pursued an Honors degree in Computer Science from the same university. Calvin later attended Product School in 2022 to acquire a Product Executive Certificate in Product Management.
