Ivo Kelfkens

Ivo Kelfkens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and operational expertise, particularly in CDD/KYC and sanctions. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Design and Delivery Sanctions at Rabobank since May 2007, Ivo has held various leadership roles, including Head of Sanctions Wholesale and Rural, Senior KYC/Sanctions Advisor Wholesale, and Sanctions Expert CAMS. Ivo's background also includes serving as In Control Partner Trade Finance, focusing on risk analysis in international trade, and project management in KYC initiatives. Prior to Rabobank, Ivo worked as a Relationship Manager in Private Banking at ING Nederland. Ivo holds an International BBA Honour Program diploma and has studied procedural and criminal law at IVA Driebergen.
