The leadership team at WinterLight Labs has a history of being Adjunct Lecturers at McMaster University, Directors of Data Science at MEMOTEXT Corporation, Ph.D Candidates at McMaster University, Senior Research Associates at Hamilton Health Sciences, Behavioral Scientists at Irrational Labs, Associates at BEworks, and Ph.D Candidates in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of Toronto. They have also been Research Associates at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Lead Web Applications Developers at EventMobi, and the Founder of Understoodit.com. Lastly, they have been Mentors at Ladies Learning Code. All of these experiences have given them the skills they need to be successful in their current roles.
