Katryna Hanush

Katryna Hanush has worked in the financial industry since 2006. Katryna began their career at Belaruski Consulting Centre as a Venture Capital in 2006. In 2008, they held three roles at Credit Suisse: Precious Metals Sales Trading, Client Origination Group, Private Bank, and Structured Products. Katryna also held a Structured Products role at UBS in 2008. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Head of Business Development (eFX algorithmic market making) at exp(capital). Katryna then moved to State Street, where they were a Vice President, Global Markets from 2016 to 2022. Currently, Katryna is the Director of Business Development and Partnerships at Wintermute Trading, where they are responsible for OTC institutional liquidity via API/GUI in 100 tokens, crypto trading and execution in spot/derivatives, market making as principal trading desk, venture capital investment and advisory, business development of key accounts, and strategic partnerships with DeFi projects.

Katryna Hanush has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Belarusian State University. In 2007, they completed a Financial Analysis course at Quartic and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Philology / Psycholinguistics from Belarusian State University. Katryna also holds certifications from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) and The Gomel State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Blockchain, Cryptoassets and Decentralised Finance from INSEAD (2022), Blockchain: Foundations and Use Cases from ConsenSys Academy (2021), and Decentralised Finance (DeFi) Architecture from Duke University (2021).
