Alain Passini has held various positions throughout their work experience. Alain started their career at Alienor Capital as a Middle Officer, where they were responsible for following transactions, settlement reconciliations, and cash balance and margin call management on derivatives. Alain then moved on to BNP Paribas as a Hedge Funds Credit Risk Analyst, where they evaluated risks involved with hedge fund counterparts and participated in due diligence. Alain then joined Morgan Stanley as a Hedge Fund Credit Risk Analyst and later became a Hedge Fund Credit Risk Associate and Vice President. At Genesis, they served as Vice President of Credit Risk Management and also worked in credit risk management. Currently, Alain is working at Wintermute as the Head of Risk and previously held the position of Lead Counterparty Risk Manager.

Alain Passini obtained a High School degree in 2009 from Lycée Rive Gauche Toulouse, with a specialization in French A level Baccalauréat, scientific option mathematics. In 2010, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in the International Business Program at TBS Education. Alain then pursued further education and received a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Nottingham Trent University in 2012. In 2013, Alain earned a Master's Degree in Finance, General from SKEMA Business School. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained another Master's Degree, this time in International Business/Trade/Commerce, from Suzhou University.
