Cathy Jackson has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Cathy is currently the Director of Human Resources and Corporate Operations at Winterwood Inc. In their previous role as the Human Resources Manager at Sargent & Greenleaf, they were responsible for the global HR function and also served as the Facility Security Officer. Before that, they worked as a Student Programs Coordinator / College Recruiter at Lexmark and held various roles in human resources at Gray Construction, including Human Resources Generalist, Employment Specialist, and Human Resources Administrative Assistant. Cathy has a strong background in employee relations, performance management, recruiting, affirmative action, compensation, employment law compliance, payroll, benefit administration, employee communications, and organizational development.

Cathy Jackson, SHRM-CP, PHR, completed their education at the University of Kentucky from 1986 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their degree, they have obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In June 2007, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Later, in December 2015, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
