Julia Dossett Morgan completed their education with a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Arkansas State University, from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2000 and 2004. In addition to their degrees, Julia obtained a certification as a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute in December 2021.
