Carol Vancura

Carol Vancura is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Since April 2007, Carol has been with Wintrust Financial Corporation, serving as Regional Talent Management Leader and holding various leadership roles including VP of Talent Management and VP of Human Resources at Hinsdale Bank & Trust Company, a subsidiary of Wintrust. Prior to this, Carol worked at deCODE genetics from January 1998 to April 2007, where responsibilities included Manager of Human Resources and Human Resources Assistant. Carol's career began at Venture Stores, where roles spanned from Human Resources Representative to Duty Manager/Department Manager from September 1988 to January 1998. Educational qualifications include a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management & Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and specialization in Human Resource Management from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
