Debbie O'Malley

Debbie O'Malley, PHR has extensive work experience in various positions within the HR field. Debbie began their career at Corus Bank in 1994, working as an HR Generalist until 1996. From there, they moved on to Pullman Bank, where they served as a Banker/Floor Manager from 1996 to 1999 and then as a Branch Manager from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they joined FBOP Corporation as a Retail Administrator until 2005. Debbie then worked as a Sr. HR Generalist at Park National Bank, now part of U.S. Bank, from an unknown start date until 2010. Debbie then joined US Bank as an HR Generalist from 2009 until 2011. Currently, Debbie holds the position of VP, Human Resources - Talent Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation, a role they have held since February 2017.

Debbie O'Malley, PHR, pursued their education at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications. In addition to their degree, they also hold a certification in Professional In Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
