Kathy MacCarone

Kathy Maccarone has over 30 years of work experience in various roles related to IT program management, project management, and relationship management in the banking industry.

Kathy started their career at Citi in 1984 as an A.V.P. and Trust Officer. Kathy then worked at Bank of America as a V.P. and Corporate Trust Officer, where they managed complex municipal and corporate debt issues and led merger and acquisition teams.

In 1997, Kathy joined FTR, Inc. as a Project/Relationship Manager and V.P. of Marketing, where they focused on instructional design, project and relationship management for banking industry clients.

From 2002 to 2012, Kathy worked at St. Meyer & Hubbard as an SVP and Project Manager for Banking Sales Initiatives, leading various projects and initiatives.

Kathy then joined Clarity Advantage Corporation in 2012 as an SVP of Implementation, Resources, and Delivery. In this role, they were responsible for hiring and leading implementation teams for banking clients, managing talent and resources for sales transformation initiatives.

Since 2017, Kathy has been working at Wintrust Financial Corporation in various roles including Senior IT Project Manager, VP/IT Program Manager, and their current role as SVP/IT Program Manager, where they are responsible for overseeing IT programs and projects.

Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills, successfully leading teams and delivering results for banking clients.

Kathy Maccarone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University, although the specific dates of their attendance are unknown.
