Shawndra Rutledge

Shawndra Rutledge is a seasoned compliance and risk professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance across various banking institutions. They held positions such as Compliance Manager at California United Bank and Chief Compliance Officer at Herring Bank, among others, where they developed compliance management systems and trained staff on regulatory requirements. Currently, Shawndra serves as the VP Compliance at Wintrust Financial Corporation, following their role at Macatawa Bank, and is also a partner at OTM, LLC. Shawndra is pursuing a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from West Texas A&M University.
