Sue Dorgan

Sue Dorgan, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Management for the Wisconsin and Northern Illinois Region at Wintrust Financial Corporation since October 2017, Sue has held significant HR roles across various organizations, including VP and Senior HR Business Partner at HSA Bank, and Senior HR Business Partner at Bank Five Nine. Previous experience also includes leadership positions in human resources at Maritime Savings Bank, M&I Bank/BMO Harris, Schneider National, AT&T, and Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance, showcasing a strong background in talent acquisition and strategic HR management. Sue holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Media from St. Norbert College.
