Teresa F. is an accomplished banking executive with extensive experience in business banking and consulting. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Regional Manager at Wintrust Financial Corporation since June 2011, Teresa leads a high-performing team, managing a $300MM portfolio while exceeding production goals and generating significant new business. Teresa founded The FS Group, a consulting firm focused on assisting small to mid-sized businesses with strategic growth. Prior experience includes roles as Regional President at Harris Bank, where Teresa enhanced stability during industry disruptions, and as Vice President at NorthSide Community Bank, where Teresa successfully launched the bank’s first Chicago branch. Teresa began her career at Citibank, excelling in client strategy and market development. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from DePaul University.
