Larry Rappoport

Larry Rappoport has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Larry began their career as a Principal and Chief Financial Officer at Lee and Associates, where they managed the accounting function and successfully maintained shareholder relationships. Larry later worked as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield before joining Equity Office Properties as a Regional Finance Director, where they established a new finance team and implemented operational performance metrics. As the CFO/COO of Surety Financial Services, Larry built the company's accounting and operational infrastructure, negotiated the sale of the company, and obtained bank credit facilities for expansion. In their current role as a Vice President at Wintrust Mortgage, they have expanded and maintained a significant customer base, earned top sales recognition, and achieved a high customer satisfaction score. Larry Rappoport completed their education with an MBA in Finance at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, attending from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, Larry also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy in January 2017.
