Randy Fouts is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the financial services and military sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Operations for the Individual Customer Segment at First National Bank of Omaha, Randy leads consumer loan and retail banking operations while developing strategic initiatives for improved financial performance. Previously, Randy held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing a large campus to managing a significant mortgage servicing portfolio and leading key operational excellence initiatives. Prior experience includes regional leadership roles at GE focused on sales, servicing, and supply chain management, as well as an Acquisitions Officer in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included aircraft testing and operational oversight. Randy holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a B.S. in Geology from Iowa State University.
