Heidi Salmons Dipm McIm

Heidi Salmons DipM MCIM has a diverse range of work experience. Heidi is currently the Head of Marketing, Communications and Social Responsibility at Winvic Construction Ltd, where they are responsible for overseeing all brand, marketing, and communications efforts, as well as the delivery of Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Value programs.

Prior to their current role, Heidi worked as a Communications Manager for the HMC (Headmasters' & Headmistresses' Conference) - Leading Independent Schools from 2011 to 2017.

Heidi also served as the Marketing Manager for the North Northants Development Company (formerly Catalyst Corby) from 2005 to 2011, where they played a key role in managing strategic marketing programs and implementing the award-winning 'More in Corby' place marketing campaign.

Before their time at NNDC, Heidi worked as a Marketing Co-ordinator for Demco Interiors from 2002 to 2005, where they developed a new corporate identity and branding strategy for the company.

Their first professional experience was as a Marketing Assistant for Mawsley Machinery Ltd in 2001, where they were responsible for implementing marketing campaigns and managing the marketing budget.

Heidi's work experience showcases their expertise in marketing, communications, and branding, with a focus on the construction and education sectors.

Heidi Salmons DipM MCIM completed their education with a BA Hons in Marketing with Human Resource Management from De Montfort University, which they attended from 1998 to 2001. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), both at the CIM itself and at the University of Northampton. Their field of study during their postgraduate studies was marketing.
