Scott Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Scott has held various roles and responsibilities throughout their career. Starting in 1996, Scott worked as a Highways & Bridges Technician at Babtie Group Ltd, where they gained valuable experience in design and construction of bridges, highways maintenance, new bypasses, and drainage schemes. In 2001, they joined AC Moore Construction as a Site Engineer / Sub Agent. Scott then worked at Danaher & Walsh as a Site Agent and later as a Senior Site Agent from 2004 to 2012. Scott's next role was at North Midland Construction PLC (NM Group) as a Contracts Manager and later as a Project Manager from 2012 to 2018. Scott Martin attended Yarborough High School in Lincoln from 1988-1993, but did not obtain a degree or field of study during this time. Scott then went on to study at Lincoln College from 1998-2002, where they obtained an HNC degree in Civil Engineering. Scott Martin also has additional certifications in Appointed Person Lifting (CPCS A61), CSCS Black Managers Card, HNC Civil Engineering, IOSH Managing Safely, SMSTS, Streetworks Supervisor, and Temporary Works Co-ordinator, although the institutions and exact dates of these certifications are not provided.
