Pat Collins

Pat Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and environmental planning. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Environmental Planner at GHD since 2004, Pat has previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at Winzler & Kelly - GHD from 2004 to 2011, and at Parsons from 1995 to 2005. Pat earned a Master of Science in Environmental Health Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where studies were completed from 1969 to 1973, and also pursued education at the University of California, Davis from 1966 to 1968.
