Taran Richardson is a goal-oriented leader with experience across community governance, organizational leadership, and mission-driven brand development. He started wiodogs in March 2021 at the age of 13 and has since led the brand’s strategic direction, governance framework, and long-term vision with a focus on eco responsibility, pet & human wellness, and sustainable growth.
Richardson’s leadership experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador for the Edmond Public Schools Foundation beginning in August 2022, completing a full three-year term representing students and supporting initiatives benefiting the Edmond community, as well as volunteering with Crossings Community Church since December 2023, contributing to community outreach and service efforts.
Richardson also served as Executive President of the Guthrie Job Corps Center, representing the student body in executive-level discussions and institutional initiatives focused on accountability and long-term program impact.
Through his leadership, public advocacy, and civic engagement, Richardson’s work has contributed to initiatives and platforms impacting nearly 300,000 individuals across education, workforce development, community service, and public discourse.
Born in Metairie, Louisiana and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, Richardson brings a values-driven approach to leadership grounded in integrity, accountability, and long-term impact.
