Dnyanesh Sabnis

Dnyanesh Sabnis is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the General Counsel at Wipro Enterprises Limited since January 2021, where the responsibilities include overseeing the legal function for all non-IT businesses of Wipro on a global scale. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel at Tata Sons and General Manager at SWISS SINGAPORE OVERSEAS ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD., where Dnyanesh managed the legal functions for the international trading business of the Aditya Birla Group, overseeing operations in 14 countries. Dnyanesh has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, private equity, and compliance, as well as specialization in employment and environmental laws. Dnyanesh also held positions at Aditya Birla Group, Godrej, and Karanjawala & Co., contributing to litigation, intellectual property, and contract documentation.
