Utkarsh Mishra is a skilled professional with extensive experience in program coordination and implementation, particularly in the fields of nutrition and education. Currently serving as a Program Officer and Operations Lead at Wipro Foundation since February 2022, Utkarsh previously held the position of State Coordinator for Poshan Jan Abhiyaan, where oversight of nutritional programs in Uttar Pradesh was a primary responsibility. Additionally, Utkarsh contributed to the India Co-Win Action Network as a State Media & IT Coordinator, focusing on resource mobilization during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior experience includes working as a Gandhi Fellow at Piramal Foundation, contributing to the Transformation of Aspirational Districts Programme, and serving as a Resource Person for the Ministry of Jal Shakti. Utkarsh holds a Master's degree in Computational Science and Applications in Signal Processing from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from UNS IET.
