Anshuman Das has over 13 years of diverse experience in customer service, learning & development, business transformation, and project management. They began their career as a Technical Support Advisor and quickly advanced through various roles, achieving significant customer satisfaction and training success. Anshuman served as Assistant Manager of Account Development at [24]7.ai, where they closed major deals, and later managed a new business unit at Tech Mahindra, expanding a team from 7 to over 70 FTEs and overseeing a substantial advertising portfolio. Currently, they are the Head of Training at Wipro, focusing on building strong training ecosystems and developing future-ready talent. Anshuman holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University.
