Avijit Das is a Principal Consultant at Wipro, with experience since November 2013 leading multiple Scrum teams to modernize critical Line of Business systems for a major healthcare client and serving as Solution Architect for transforming a large banking client's deal management application suite to a Microservices Architecture. As Microsoft Practice Lead, Avijit managed a team of over 30 members across multiple countries to migrate core business applications for a global manufacturing company from Lotus Notes to Microsoft 365. Previously, Avijit worked at Microsoft as an Application Development Manager, at Wipro Technologies as Senior Architect overseeing application services and governance, at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant focusing on Microsoft practices, and began a career as a Software Developer at Bizworld Infotech Ltd. Avijit holds a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University.
