Haridas Acharya

Haridas Acharya has over two decades of experience in engineering design and digital transformation, primarily at Wipro, where leadership roles included Global Practice Head/Director of Engineering Design Services, Director of Digital Product Engineering, and Director of Engineering Design Services, focusing on AI-led solutions in sustainability, industrial metaverse, and Industry 4.0. Haridas also served as Executive Vice President at Creative Synergies Group, overseeing the Energy Business Unit, and held leadership positions in heavy engineering. Early career experience includes project engineering at National Aerospace Laboratories and production planning at Canara Lighting Industries Ltd. Haridas holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and has completed advanced certifications in Finite Element Analysis and AutoCAD.
