Rajiv Bhalla is currently the AVP at Wipro Limited, where they have been focused on bid management, solution consulting, project management, and demand generation since 2017. With 19 years of diverse experience in business transformation, operations, and solution consulting across the ITES, ISP, and FMCG industries, they have a solid background in outsourcing and strategy formulation. Prior to Wipro, Rajiv served as a Senior Manager at Wipro BPO and held a Key Accounts Manager position at Procter & Gamble from 1996 to 2000. They have also worked as a Branch Manager at Sify Limited, overseeing multiple offices and launching new initiatives.
