Rajshekhar Patil

Rajshekhar Patil has extensive experience in product engineering and digital solutions, with a career spanning over two decades. At Wipro, from October 2006 to March 2019, Rajshekhar held various leadership positions, including Director of Digital Initiatives in Engineering and R&D, where strategic end-to-end core product engineering and digital solutions were developed. Rajshekhar also served as Director of Product Engineering, focusing on initiatives like Industry 4.0 and IoT, and managed customer relationships and business growth in earlier roles. Prior to Wipro, Rajshekhar was Group Lead of Control Systems at the Institute for Plasma Research, where a VME-based control system for a pioneering superconducting magnet Tokamak was designed. Rajshekhar began the professional journey as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Science, where circuit designs for cryogenic electronics were created, contributing to ISRO’s PSLV program.
