Rithesh Nagendra

Rithesh Nagendra has extensive experience in engineering and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Delivery Head and Program Director at Wipro since April 2023, Rithesh previously held the position of Chief Engineer Mechatronics at Inteva Products, overseeing engineering for multiple product lines globally. Prior experience includes heading the engineering and R&D center for AB ELEKTRONIK GmbH in India, successfully establishing it within five months. Rithesh also served as Domain Head for Mechatronics at Continental Automotive Components, where a domain-based organization for Passive Safety products was developed. Earlier roles at Bosch Engineering included managing a large international team for mechanical engineering and testing, as well as business development for European customers. Rithesh began a professional career as a Finite Element Analysis Engineer at QuEST Global, working closely with Pratt & Whitney on aerospace projects. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from PES University.
