Sara Delgado has a background in health and safety as well as human resources, with experience in various roles such as HR Coordinator at Wipro, Health and Safety Technician/HR Assistant at Dorel Juvenile, and several positions related to health and safety across different companies, including EUROFIRMS and Cism2Europe. Educational qualifications include a Licenciatura in Saúde Ambiental from Escola Superior de Tecnologia da Saúde do Porto, completed between 2009 and 2013, alongside secondary education from Escola Secundária Garcia da Orta from 2006 to 2009.
