Smitha Bhandary is a passionate and results-oriented senior leader currently serving as General Manager and Head of Delivery Excellence at Wipro Engineering. With a strong background in Software Quality Assurance, Smitha has a proven track record of enhancing client satisfaction and software/process quality across various business verticals. Prior to this role, they were the Group Head of Quality Assurance for Wipro’s India Business Unit and chaired the Inclusion & Diversity Council for the COO group, where they spearheaded key initiatives to promote awareness and mentorship for women leaders. Smitha’s extensive experience in process consultancy encompasses methodologies such as CMMI, Automotive SPICE, ITIL, and Agile, among others. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
