Jennifer McMillan

Jennifer McMillan is an accomplished metallurgical engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the metal and foundry industries. Currently serving as Chief Metallurgist and Foundry Information Systems Manager at Wirco Inc since September 2005, Jennifer leads metallurgical analyses and manages an ISO 17025-accredited laboratory, while also overseeing the integration of an upgraded Enterprise Resource Planning system. Prior roles include Foundry Operations Manager and Manager of Metallurgical Services at Wirco, as well as a Quality Engineer at Smalley Steel Ring Co and a Quality Control Metallurgist at LTV Steel. Jennifer's foundational experience was gained as a metallurgical intern at Acme Steel and through several roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where Jennifer earned a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering.
