Axel Kolberg

Axel Kolberg has extensive experience in the automotive and marketing industries, currently serving as the CEO of Wire since January 2005. Prior to this role, Axel was a Management Supervisor at H2e//Höhne, Habann, Elser from 2003 to 2004, and worked as an Account Manager at SPRINGER & JACOBY GmbH between 2000 and 2002, where responsibilities included managing accounts for Mercedes-Benz PKW Deutschland. Additional experience includes serving as an Account Manager at TBWA\Worldwide from 1999 to 2000, handling accounts such as NIVEA and Hamburg Sparkassen Haspa. Axel’s career began at S&G Automobil AG, where from 1990 to 1993, valuable insights were gained into the complex operations of a major Mercedes-Benz dealership, covering sales, accounting, and service functions. Axel holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketingkommunikation und Werbung from Pforzheim University and completed training as an Automobilkaufmann at S&G/Mercedes-Benz Karlsruhe.
