Isabella Donado

Isabella Donado is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Organizational Development Leader at Turia Services since January 2024. Prior to this role, Isabella held the position of Organizational Development Coordinator at WMC from April 2019. In this capacity, Isabella led the People Ops Team and focused on identifying and presenting strategic solutions for the organization's development needs. Isabella began their career as a Payroll and Benefits Analyst at Bancolombia, following an apprenticeship period. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad del Norte and a High School Diploma from Marymount School Barranquilla.
